About Me
I am a Resident in Counseling who earned a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have several years of experience providing community-based mental health services, as well as working in crisis settings. I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and adjustment-related challenges. I also hold a special interest in perinatal mental health and enjoy working with women and individuals navigating identity, relationships, and self-esteem.

My therapeutic style is integrative, meaning I tailor sessions to the needs of each client. I primarily draw from strength- and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to foster meaningful growth and build practical skills. I regularly utilize mindfulness, grounding techniques, and psychoeducation to help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, and long-term resilience. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, affirming, and grounded in respect.

I have experience working with clients managing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, major depressive disorder (MDD), agoraphobia, and panic disorder. I meet clients where they are and often draw from their past and upbringing to guide how we heal and improve the present. I approach each person’s story gently but with curiosity, creating a supportive space for exploration, growth, and change.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching TV, traveling, and spending quality time with my dog, friends, and family.
